A PDF Splitter eases office workWe live in the rapidly changing world. Because of the latest technical advances in the IT sphere, office work is no longer the same as it used to be a few years ago, with piles of paper documents here and there around the office. Documents, undoubtedly, adversely affected the efficacy of a company and it took office employees a good deal of time and effort to handle them. Now the days of paper-cluttered offices are gone. There are no more 'in' and 'out' boxes piled up with paper documents. Everything is now computerized and kept in the form of a databank. It is not surprising that advanced software programs are developed daily to optimize the office work. These up-to-date packages do not only do work quicker, but also a lot simpler. Most files are stored in the PDF format, because it has got many advantages over others. PDF files are of a smaller size and can be protected with encryption and password protection tools. The PDF application is a compatible format. This enables a user to email and receive data from co-workers expeditiously. PDF files can vary from a single-page document to more complex documents, such as brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical manuals, some containing thousands of pages, which makes them hard to manage. Now and again, you may want to print or mail several pages from a PDF document or to extract a few pages into a new PDF document leaving the master unchanged. A solution is to use a PDF splitter. This type of software is user-friendly. It allows you to select your original (input) PDF document and apply a splitting pattern in order to get the output document(s). Some advanced software packages have a customized splitting pattern, having a lot in common with Doc printing pattern. Here is an example: 1,2,3; 1-5,3; 4-5. This would result in three output files. The first one will contain pages one, two and three. The second PDF document will include pages 1-5 and page 3. The third one will contain only pages 4 and 5. It takes several mouse clicks to extract pages from PDF documents and does not require specialist knowledge. A detailed guide is provided by producers. |
